We currently serve areas within a 40-50 mile radius around our offices in Ashland and Akron Ohio. How Long Does It Take To Get an Estimate?
We prioritize rapid response for our customers. Written estimates are provided for all work usually within 24 hours. We also have a range of advanced tools and technologies that can help expedite this process, depending on the nature of your project.
How Long is an Estimate Good For?
Unless otherwise stated, we can hold our estimates firm for up to 30 days.
How Do You Handle Cleanup?
We aim to leave every job site better than when we arrived. Of course, what we do can be dirty. We tarp our work area, broom sweep, and magnetic broom sweep the work area to get any possible debris. We plan strategically to avoid damaging landscaping and We also provide porta potties where applicable and do our absolute best to minimize the disruption to your home.
Are You Insured?
Yes, we are fully covered by insurance including general liability (GL) insurance, workers compensation (workers comp) insurance and commercial auto insurance.
Do you Carry General Liability Insurance?
We are fully covered by general liability insurance to perform roofing, siding, construction, and a full range of services in the State of Ohio. Insurance certificates can be furnished upon request.
Who Will Be Giving the Estimate?
One of our qualified and professionally trained project managers, maybe even the owner DJ Marlatt himself will perform your estimate.
Do you Offer Financing?
We offer a range of flexible financing options for our customers including 0% down, long-term financing, and 12-months no interest, no payments to meet the financial needs and concerns of our clients
How Far do you Travel for Jobs?
As a general rule of thumb, we travel up to 40-50 miles from our offices in Ashland and Akron. We service homes and businesses all across Northeast Ohio.
